QNAP products will carry 1 year limited warranty in most territories.  Certain countries will offer extended warranty coverage.
When you have any product enquiries, please do the following:
  1. Read the "Manual" & "Quick Installation Guide" and check the connection cables & network setting again.
  2. "Download" the latest product firmware/utility and try again.
  3. Read the "Frequently Asked Questions", you may find a solution to your problem.
  4. Check our forum for any solution/answers. You can also post your question on the forum.
  5. Report your questions by "Online Support" on QNAP website.
  6. If hardware defects, please contact your local dealer/distributor for repair service.
 

If your problems cannot be solved by the above steps, please contact your local dealer/distributor or QNAP for immediate service.
