| QNAP Community Forum is holding our first video competition. You are sincerely invited to take part in this competition and share with the world about how you use or demonstrate the QNAP products. The top 3 winners will receive our brand new QNAP NVR-1012 network video surveillance system.
The competition takes place from 8 Apr 2008 to 31 May 2008, Taipei time.
How to enter the competition?
 Create a 3-5 minute video of QNAP products. Upload it the YouTube. The video contents can be a demonstration of any QNAP products, an advert, a music video, marketing or promotion video, or any creative ways of using the QNAP products. You are encouraged to provide a brief description of the video in less than 200 words (English).
You must include 'QNAP' and any related QNAP product names in the video title and description when you upload the video. All entries should be uploaded to the 'Science & Technology' category on YouTube.com.
To officially enter the competition, register as a QNAP forum member and submit the video(s) in the Showroom of the QNAP forum. Link: http://forum.qnap.com/viewforum.php?f=52. All entries must be posted to the forum before 11:59pm 31 May 2008, Taipei time as valid submission.
There is no limitation on the number of videos you submit to this competition. All videos must be your own creation. We accept videos in any spoken languages. However, we appreciate if you could add English subtitles for any non-English videos.

Who can join the competition?
All QNAP forum members are invited to join our first video competition. QNAP staff can join the competition but cannot win the prizes.
How to win?
All eligible entries will be judged by a professional team from QNAP. Winners will be determined using the criteria below:
- Originality & creativity 40%
- Relevance to QNAP products 40%
- Overall video and production quality 20%
QNAP reserves the right to decide the final winners.
What do winners get?
The top 3 winners will each receive a certificate of award and a QNAP NVR-1012 network video surveillance system. Each individual winner will receive only one prize regardless of the number of videos submitted by an individual.
